The Demon's Conference, alternatively, Interview with the Devil, is the seventh chapter and final of the Youkai Kyoushitsu.

Plot

Keiko from one of the previous stories, Dissolving Classroom, now rendered handicapped, is wheeled in front the Azeris' desolate house by news reporter Hamaoka, who is looking to investigate the incidents of the brain-melting incidents. Yuuma answers the door, and is confused to why he's being interrogated. Hanaoka reintroduces Keiko. Although having lost her capability to talk due to the brain damage she sustained, she's managed to say a few words which connected Yuuma to all the incidents. Puzzled on how Keiko located him, he presses her for an answer, but doesn't receive one after she starts shrieking in protest. Chizumi chimes in, clarifying that all the occurrences have happened because of her brother's pact with the Devil. Sensing Keiko's distress, Hamaoka rushes her out of the Azeri's property. Determined for an answer, he returns, only to find the house empty.

The Azeri siblings, having packed up in a hurry after having their enormities uncovered, dispose of their parents' heads as Hamaoka reports to his senior officer, Mori, at the news station. He informs Mori of another attestant, Tomohiko. However, before he gets a chance to get an interview, the boy is savagely murdered at the orphanage. Mori immediately places his suspicions onto Yuuma, but is rebuffed after Hamaoka puts out that the siblings were with a realtor. When prompted for a source, Hamaoka explains that ever since the dissolving incident, Keiko has obtained special powers, which allow her to accurately locate the Azeri's whereabouts. The news reporters visit Keiko at the hospital, where they ask her to point out Yuuma's location on an atlas map, to which she complies.

Without being able to rent a house with no guarantor, the Azeri siblings are forced to camp out in the forest. Yuuma begins to hear the voices of those he has melted. Startled, he stumbles out of his tent apologizing, and sees Hamaoka standing in front of his tent.
